Social media management software for agencies

Short answer

AI Marketing Master lets an agency run social media for many clients from one account. Each client's data is kept separate, staff only see the clients they are assigned to, AI drafts a month of posts per client from that client's approved facts, clients approve in the app, by email or on WhatsApp, and posts are verified on the platform. Monthly reports can carry your agency's own brand.

Where agency social media work breaks down

  • Logins for dozens of client accounts shared in spreadsheets and chat groups.
  • Approvals scattered across email threads and voice notes, with no record of who said yes.
  • A writer posting one client's offer on another client's page.
  • Juniors guessing a client's prices or promises because nobody wrote them down.
  • Reports built by hand from screenshots at the end of every month.
  • No easy way to see which clients are profitable for the time spent.

How the platform is organised for agencies

Your agency is one account with many clients inside it. A client switcher moves you between them. Every client has its own Business Profile, connected social accounts, calendar, approvals, inbox and reports, and this separation is enforced on the server, not just hidden on screen.

  • Roles such as owner, admin, manager, content writer and client reviewer.
  • Staff are assigned to specific clients and see only those.
  • Client reviewers can approve or reject work for their own business only.
  • An audit log records who drafted, approved and published each item.

A monthly workflow for each client

  • Update the client's Business Profile with this month's approved offers and any phrases to avoid.
  • Ask the AI to plan up to 30 days of posts, with festival and occasion suggestions for the client's country. Remove any the client does not celebrate.
  • Edit drafts, swap in the client's own photos from the media library, and check image rights.
  • Send the batch for client approval. The client can approve in the app, from an email link, or on WhatsApp once set up.
  • Approved posts are published to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube or X and read back before they show as verified.
  • Comments on Facebook and Instagram get AI-suggested replies; tricky ones are flagged for staff.
  • At month end, send the client a PDF report or share link.

White label for your agency brand

With white label, clients see your agency's name, colour and logo, and you can run the app on your own verified domain. When a client installs the app on their phone, it shows your name and icon. PDF reports carry your branding too.

Knowing which clients are worth the effort

The agency dashboard shows the state of every client in one place: what is waiting for approval, what failed, what was verified. It also includes a profitability view per client, which helps when you review what you charge each client and how much work they need.

Who it suits, and who it does not

It suits small and mid-sized agencies and freelancers who manage social media for local businesses, clinics, restaurants, shops and service companies, and who want approvals and honesty built in. It is less suited to agencies whose clients rely mainly on TikTok, Pinterest or Snapchat, since those platforms are not supported, or to agencies that need detailed LinkedIn statistics.

What it does not do

  • TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat and Threads are not supported, and LinkedIn statistics are not available.
  • Facebook, Instagram and YouTube connections need Meta's and Google's approvals for the platform.
  • Replying to direct messages from the app is not available; messages are read only.

Questions people ask

Can a client log in and see only their own business?

Yes. A client reviewer sees and approves only their own business's work. They never see your other clients.

Can I make posts for several clients at once?

Yes. Bulk tools let you start drafts for several clients together, and each client gets separate drafts based on their own facts. Each still needs approval.

Do my staff need the clients' social media passwords?

No. Accounts are connected through each platform's official login and permissions, so staff work inside the app instead of sharing passwords.
