Short answer
A white-label marketing platform is software your agency can present under its own brand. In AI Marketing Master you set your agency name, colour and logo, connect your own verified domain, and clients who install the app on their phone see your name and icon. Behind it, the same approval rules, quality checks and reports run for every client.
Why agencies want their own brand on the tools
When a client logs into a tool covered in someone else's logo, two questions follow: why am I paying you, and could I just buy this myself? A branded portal keeps the relationship with you. The client approves posts, reads reports and checks leads inside something that looks and feels like your service.
It also looks more organised. One address, one login and one style beat a pile of shared passwords and screenshots sent over chat.
What you can brand
- Agency name shown across the app your clients use.
- Your brand colour and logo.
- Your own domain, for example a portal subdomain on your agency website. The domain is verified before it goes live, so nobody can point a domain they do not own at your account.
- The installed app: when a client adds the app to their phone home screen, it shows your name and icon.
- The portal where clients approve work and open their reports shows your brand.
Setting it up, in order
- Add your agency name, colour and logo in the agency settings.
- Choose the domain or subdomain you want to use and add the DNS record the app asks for at your domain provider.
- Wait for verification to pass. Until then the status stays honest and does not show as live.
- Invite a test client reviewer and open the portal on a phone to check the name, icon and colours.
- Invite real clients once you are happy with how it looks.
What stays the same under your brand
White label changes how the product looks, not how carefully it behaves. Every post, website fix and ad launch still needs a person to approve it. Quality checks still block drafts with unapproved claims. Posts still show Published until the app reads them back from the platform and marks them Verified. These rules protect your agency reputation as much as your client's business.
Each client's data stays separate on the server, and your staff only see the clients they are assigned to.
Questions to ask before you rebrand any platform
- Can clients approve without seeing my other clients? Here they can, using a client reviewer login.
- Will the status words embarrass me? Here they are plain and honest, such as Awaiting approval, Failed or Verified.
- Can I explain every feature to a client? Stick to what the platform really does. For example, there is no rank tracking, so do not promise it in your branded proposals.
- Who supports the client? Under white label, your clients will come to you first, so plan who on your team answers.
What it does not do
- The custom domain must be verified through DNS before it goes live.
- Own domains for individual landing pages are not available.
- Connection screens from Meta, Google and other providers show their own branding, not yours.
Questions people ask
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, for the agency portal. You add a DNS record and the domain must pass verification before it is used. Separate custom domains for individual landing pages are not available; landing pages live on the platform's own address.
Will clients see the AI Marketing Master name?
The portal your clients use shows your agency name, colour, logo and icon. When a client connects a Facebook Page or Google profile, the permission screen comes from Meta or Google and shows their branding, because that step happens on their side.
Does white label change what clients can access?
No. Access depends on roles. A client reviewer can approve or reject work for their own business only.
Is white label part of every plan?
Prices and plan details are not public yet. See the pricing page or contact the team.
We only describe what the product really does today. Results depend on your business, your market and many things no tool controls.
