Marketing software for agencies that manage many small clients

Updated 21 Oct 2026 · Written and checked by the AI Marketing Master team, Shivah Web Tech

Short answer

Agency marketing software lets one team plan, create, approve and report on marketing for many clients from a single login. AI Marketing Master gives agencies a client switcher, staff roles with assignment, client reviewers who approve work, white label, an agency dashboard with profitability, bulk review and PDF reports, while a person still signs off every post, fix and ad.

Where agency time actually goes

Ask any small agency owner where the week went and the answer is rarely strategy. It is chasing a bakery owner for a yes on three posts, copying numbers from five dashboards into a report, and checking which junior designer touched which client. Each client has its own logins, its own WhatsApp group and its own spreadsheet.

The work that wins and keeps clients, thinking about their business, gets squeezed into whatever time is left.

What one agency account holds

  • Many clients under one account, each with its own Business Profile of approved facts, brand details and connected channels.
  • A client switcher, so moving from a dental clinic to a furniture shop takes one tap and never mixes their data.
  • Staff roles such as owner, admin, manager and content writer. Staff are assigned to clients and only see the clients they are assigned to.
  • Client reviewers: a login for your client that lets them approve or reject work, without access to your other clients.
  • White label: your agency name, colour and logo, your own verified domain, and an installed app that shows your name and icon.
  • An agency dashboard showing status across clients, with a profitability view.
  • Bulk review, so a manager can work through a batch of drafts in one sitting.
  • Monthly and agency reports as PDF or share link, written in plain English.

A typical week inside the platform

On Monday a manager asks Milo, the built-in assistant, to plan the next month of posts for three clients. The AI plans up to 30 days at a time and suggests fixed-date occasions from a checked list for each client's country; festivals whose dates move each year, such as Diwali or Eid, are added by your team. Writers edit the drafts. Every draft runs through quality checks, and anything that fails cannot be sent for approval.

Mid-week the client reviewer gets an email link, or a WhatsApp message once that is set up, and approves or rejects. Approved posts go to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube or X, and the app reads each one back from the platform before marking it Verified. At month end, reports are produced for each client and shared as a PDF or link.

Modules your clients will ask about

Most small clients want the same handful of things: regular social posts, a healthier website, a better Google Business Profile, a few leads tracked properly and, for some, ads. The platform covers website audits, local SEO, AI blog posts published to WordPress or Shopify, a reel editor for your own footage, a marketing CRM, and Meta and Google Ads reports with campaigns created as paused drafts. You switch on the modules that match what you sell each client.

Good fit, poor fit

It suits agencies and freelancers serving local and small businesses, especially in India and other markets where clients approve on their phones and expect reports they can read without a call. It also suits in-house teams who handle several brands or branches.

It is a poorer fit if your service depends on paid SEO data such as search volume, rank tracking or backlink analysis, or on TikTok and Pinterest. Those are not part of the product today, so you would still need separate tools for them.

What it does not do

  • No search volume, rank tracking or backlink data for client reports.
  • TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat and Threads are not supported, and LinkedIn statistics are not available.
  • Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile and Google Ads connections need the platform's approvals from Meta and Google.

Questions people ask

Can my staff see every client?

No. Owners and admins can set roles, and staff only see the clients they are assigned to. The separation is enforced on the server, not just hidden in the screen.

Do my clients need to learn the whole app?

No. A client reviewer sees what is waiting for them and can approve or reject it. Many approve from an email link without opening the full app.

Will the AI post for a client without a yes?

No. Nothing is published, changed or spent without a person's approval. Autopilot can be switched on only within guardrails, and only for content that passed the checks.

How do I find out what it costs for an agency?

Prices are not public yet. Please see the pricing page or contact the team for agency plans.
