Short answer
Bulk approval in AI Marketing Master lets you approve a batch of waiting posts in one step. Only posts that passed quality checks and are ready for your side of the review can be included. Anything that failed a check or is blocked for another reason is listed separately with the reason, and every approved post still gets its own record of who approved it and when.
When one-by-one approval becomes the bottleneck
Planning a month of social media can produce twenty or thirty posts across several platforms. Opening each one, reading it and tapping approve can take an hour. Busy owners put it off, the calendar empties, and posting stops.
Agencies feel this even more. A client who has to approve every post separately tends to approve late, and late approvals mean posts miss their festival or event date.
What bulk approval does
- Shows the posts waiting for your approval in one list.
- Separates them into posts that can be approved together and posts that cannot.
- Gives the reason for each post that is held back, such as a failed quality check.
- Lets you tick the ones you are happy with and approve them in one action.
- Records an individual approval for each post, so the history is as clear as approving them one at a time.
How to review a batch well
Bulk approval is faster, but it should not mean skipping the reading. A good routine takes ten to fifteen minutes for a month of posts.
- Scroll through the calendar view first to check the mix of topics and the spacing between posts.
- Read every caption that mentions a price, offer, date or event. These are the ones where a mistake costs most.
- Check images for the right product, the right branch and people who have given consent.
- Untick anything you are unsure about and open it separately.
- Approve the rest together.
Safety rules that still apply
Bulk approval does not lower the bar. Posts must have passed the automatic quality checks, which look for problems such as banned or unapproved claims and length. AI may only use claims you have approved in your Business Profile, so a batch cannot contain an offer you never agreed to. After approval, each post is published at its time and then read back from the platform before it is shown as verified.
Bulk approval for agencies and their clients
In agency accounts, approval can have two sides: the agency's own review and the client's review. A client reviewer sees only the posts waiting for them and can approve them together from their phone. Agency staff can bulk review across the clients they are assigned to. Clients can also approve from an email link, or by tapping Approve in WhatsApp once that is set up.
Who it suits
Owners who plan a month at a time and want to sign off in one sitting. Agencies with many clients who approve on their phones between meetings. Teams where a manager checks a content writer's work before it goes to the client.
What it does not do
- Only posts that passed quality checks and are waiting for your side of the review can be approved together.
- Bulk approval saves clicks, not judgement: someone still needs to read posts with prices, offers or dates.
- WhatsApp approval works only once the WhatsApp template with an Approve button has been approved by Meta.
Questions people ask
Can I bulk approve posts that failed a quality check?
No. Posts that failed a check are listed separately with the reason. Fix them, and once they pass they can be approved.
Is there a record of what I approved in bulk?
Yes. Each post gets its own approval record with who approved it and when, just like approving one at a time.
Can I still reject one post from the batch?
Yes. Untick it before approving the rest, then open it to reject it or ask for changes.
Is bulk approval the same as Autopilot?
No. With bulk approval a person still approves the batch. Autopilot is a separate setting where posts that pass checks are approved by a rule you switch on.
