Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to delete your data from AI Marketing Master ("the Service"), run by Shivah Web Tech Private Limited ("we", "us"). It also tells people who connected Facebook or Instagram how to remove that connection. The full rules are in our Privacy Policy.

1. Remove a Facebook or Instagram connection

  1. Sign in and open Connections.
  2. Find the Facebook Page or Instagram account and press Disconnect.

When you disconnect, we delete the saved connection, including its access tokens, and stop reading or posting for that account. Posts that were already published stay on Facebook or Instagram. You remove those there.

You can also remove the app on Facebook's side: Facebook → Settings → Business Integrations → AI Marketing Master → Remove. After this, our access stops working. Then use the steps below if you also want your data deleted from our Service.

2. Delete your business workspace (owners)

  1. Sign in as an owner and open Data and deletion in the app menu.
  2. You can first download a full copy of your data (Export).
  3. Ask for deletion. You must type the exact workspace name and your password.

What happens next:

  • The workspace becomes read-only and AI work stops straight away.
  • You have 30 days to change your mind. You can cancel the deletion in that time.
  • After 30 days we delete the workspace's records and files, including its audit log and message logs.
  • Asking for deletion does not cancel a paid plan by itself. Cancel the plan on the Billing page too.

3. Delete your personal sign-in account

Open Settings and choose to delete your account. Your user record is deleted at once. If you are the only owner of a workspace, first delete that workspace (section 2) or make someone else an owner, so a business is never left without an owner.

4. Ask us to do it for you

If you cannot sign in, use the contact page. Say which email address and which business or Facebook Page or Instagram account the request is about. We may ask you to prove it is yours before we delete anything.

5. What we may keep

  • GST invoices are kept for 8 years after the end of the financial year, as Indian tax law requires. Then they are deleted.
  • Backups. Deleted data can stay in our backups until those backups roll off on their own schedule (see our Privacy Policy for the periods).
  • Data at other companies. We do not delete data held by Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube or your website. Remove it there.
  • Cost totals. AI usage records stay without any link to your workspace and without content, for our accounting.
