Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 29 October 2026. Version: 2026-10-29.
This policy lists what you must not do with AI Marketing Master ("the Service"), run by Shivah Web Tech Private Limited ("we", "us"). It is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to everyone who uses the Service, including agencies, their clients and their team members.
1. The basic rule
Use the Service only for lawful, honest marketing of a real business you own or are allowed to represent.
2. Honest marketing
Do not use the Service to create or publish:
- Fake reviews or testimonials, or reviews written by the business about itself as if from a customer. Do not offer rewards for positive reviews where a platform or the law forbids it.
- False or misleading claims about prices, discounts, offers, guarantees, results, awards, certifications or delivery times.
- Misleading health claims, such as cures, "no side effects" or "clinically proven" without proof, or claims that break medical or drug advertising laws.
- Misleading financial claims, such as guaranteed returns, "risk-free" investments or "double your money".
- Misleading legal or immigration claims, such as guaranteed visas, approvals or court results.
- Fake urgency or hidden costs, or other "dark patterns" that trick people.
- Surrogate or banned advertising for products the law does not allow to be advertised.
- Content that is not clearly labelled as an advertisement where the law or the platform requires it.
The Service checks for some of this wording and may block it. Those checks do not make you safe. You are responsible for every claim you approve.
Advertising must also follow the laws and codes that apply where you advertise, for example India's Consumer Protection Act 2019, the ASCI Code and the Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act 1954.
3. Spam and unwanted messages
- The Service does not send marketing messages to your leads. Do not try to make it do so.
- Do not use the Service, its lead data or its exports to send unsolicited bulk email, SMS, WhatsApp or direct messages.
- Contact people only when you have the right to, and follow the rules for each channel, such as WhatsApp Business policies, India's TRAI rules on commercial communications, and anti-spam laws in other countries.
- Do not collect leads without telling people how their data will be used and getting any consent the law requires.
- Do not use automatic comment replies to post repeated, irrelevant or promotional replies.
4. People and identity
Do not:
- pretend to be another person, business, brand or public body,
- connect accounts, publish for a business, or use a business's name, logo or facts without permission,
- create AI images or video that show a real person, or that could be mistaken for a real photo of a person, product or event,
- create deepfakes or synthetic media meant to deceive,
- harass, threaten, bully or stalk anyone,
- share other people's personal data without a lawful reason, or upload sensitive personal data (such as health, financial account, biometric or children's data) without our written agreement.
5. Illegal and harmful content
Do not create, store, publish or link to content that:
- is illegal in India or in any country where it is published,
- sexually exploits or endangers children, in any way,
- is sexually explicit or obscene,
- promotes violence, terrorism or self-harm,
- is hateful or discriminates against people because of religion, caste, race, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar traits,
- is defamatory,
- promotes illegal goods or services, gambling or betting where not allowed, or weapons, drugs or other restricted items against the law or platform rules,
- threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with other countries, or public order,
- is knowingly false and meant to mislead people, or
- breaks any other content rule in the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules 2021.
6. Other people's rights
Do not upload or publish material you do not have the rights to, including:
- images, video, music, fonts or text protected by copyright,
- someone else's trade marks or logos in a way that suggests a link that does not exist,
- confidential information you are not allowed to share.
You must own or have a licence for any music you add to reels and videos.
7. Landing pages
Landing pages published through the Service are public. Do not use them for:
- phishing, or collecting passwords, card numbers or bank details,
- fake shops, fake giveaways or scams,
- hiding where a link really goes,
- anything else this policy forbids.
Every published landing page has a "Report this page" link. Anyone can report a page. Our staff review reports and may take a page down. Do not file false or bulk reports.
8. Security and the platform
Do not:
- upload malware, viruses or harmful code,
- try to get into accounts, workspaces or data that are not yours,
- test, probe or scan the Service for weaknesses without our written permission. If you find a weakness, please tell us at dev@shivahwebtech.com and give us reasonable time to fix it before you share it,
- disrupt or overload the Service, or get around rate limits,
- use our crawler, audit tools or website checks to attack, overload or harm any website,
- scrape, copy or harvest data from the Service, or access it with bots or scripts except through features we provide,
- reverse engineer, copy or resell the Service, or use it to build a competing product,
- use the Service to make AI requests for unrelated purposes, or to get around our AI providers' own usage rules.
9. Plans, credits and trials
Do not:
- create several accounts or workspaces to get more free trials, trial credits or referral rewards,
- share one paid account with businesses that are not part of your workspace, except clients you manage as an agency,
- try to get around plan limits, credit charges or spending caps,
- use chargebacks or false refund requests to get the Service without paying.
We look for signs of this, such as many sign-ups from one network or the same business signing up again. A signal opens a review by our staff. It may put actions that use credits on hold until the review. A shared network alone never puts an account on hold.
10. Outside platforms
When you use the Service with Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp), Google (including Ads, Business Profile and YouTube), LinkedIn, X, WordPress, Shopify, GitHub or HubSpot, you must follow that platform's own terms, community rules and advertising policies. Breaking them can get your accounts limited by the platform. That can stop the Service from working for you.
11. What we may do
If we reasonably believe this policy has been broken, we may:
- block or remove content, or unpublish a landing page,
- pause publishing, automation or ads,
- put actions that use credits on hold,
- suspend or close the workspace,
- keep records and report illegal activity to the authorities when the law requires it.
Where we can, we will tell you what happened and how to fix it. The Terms of Service explain suspension and ending the contract.
12. Report a problem
- To report a landing page, use its "Report this page" link.
- To report anything else, email dev@shivahwebtech.com, or contact our Grievance Officer (details in our Terms of Service).
