Cookie Policy
Last updated: 29 October 2026. Version: 2026-10-29.
This policy explains the cookies and similar browser storage used by AI Marketing Master ("the Service") and our public website. The Service is run by Shivah Web Tech Private Limited ("we", "us").
1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website saves in your browser. The website can read it again later. Websites also use similar tools, such as "local storage" and "service workers". In this policy, "cookies" covers all of these.
2. The short version
- We use only the cookies the Service needs to work and stay secure, plus one cookie that remembers your light or dark display choice.
- We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies or tracking pixels on our own website or app.
- We count how many people reach each step of sign-up on our server, using a keyed hash. This does not use a cookie and does not identify you.
3. Cookies we set
Session cookie
- Name: ai-marketing-master-session
- Why: keeps you signed in as you move between pages, and keeps forms working. Our server stores the session data. The cookie holds only a random ID.
- How long: ends after 2 hours without activity, or when you sign out.
- Type: strictly necessary. It cannot be read by scripts on the page.
- It is set on every page, including the public website and landing pages, because forms need it.
XSRF-TOKEN
- Why: security. It proves that a form or request really came from our own pages. This stops other websites from making requests in your name.
- How long: the same as the session (2 hours without activity).
- Type: strictly necessary.
Remember me (name starts with "remember_web_")
- Why: keeps you signed in on this device after you close the browser. It is set only if you tick "Remember me" when you sign in.
- How long: a long time (up to about 400 days), or until you sign out.
- Type: strictly necessary for the feature you asked for.
amm_draft (setup before sign-up)
- Why: remembers your answers if you start our setup before you sign up, so you can leave and come back.
- How long: 7 days.
- Type: strictly necessary for the feature you asked for. Its value is encrypted. It cannot be read by scripts on the page.
appearance
- Why: remembers whether you chose light mode, dark mode or your device's setting, so the page shows correctly as it loads.
- How long: 365 days.
- Type: preference (functional). It holds only "light", "dark" or "system".
4. Other browser storage
- Local storage: we also save your appearance choice (light, dark or system) in your browser's local storage.
- Service worker: our app installs a small service worker. It saves one "You are offline" page so it can be shown when you have no connection. It never saves signed-in pages or your data.
- Browser notifications: if you turn on notifications, your browser creates a push subscription. We store its address on our server so we can send you notifications. You can turn this off in Settings or in your browser.
5. Cookies from other companies
Some features load services from other companies. They may set their own cookies or use similar storage under their own policies:
- Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person, not a bot, is using the sign-up and contact forms. It is used only when we have switched it on.
- Payment providers. When you pay, you go to a payment page run by Razorpay or Stripe, or we load Cashfree's payment script on our payment page. These providers may set cookies to process payments and prevent fraud.
- Platforms you connect. When you connect an account (for example Facebook, Google, LinkedIn or X), you sign in on that platform's own site. Its cookies are set there, not by us.
Their policies: Cloudflare, Razorpay, Stripe, Cashfree, Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn and X.
6. Agency custom domains
If an agency uses its own web address for the Service, the same cookies listed above are set on that address.
7. Your choices
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
- If you block strictly necessary cookies, you will not be able to sign in or send forms.
- If you delete the appearance cookie, the page goes back to your device's light or dark setting.
Because we only use strictly necessary cookies and one preference cookie, we do not show a cookie banner at the moment. If we ever add an analytics or advertising tool, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.
8. Tracking on your own websites
The Service can give you tools to use on your own websites, such as a Google Ads conversion tag or a Meta pixel, and it can send website-form leads to Meta's Conversions API if you turn this on. These are your tools on your websites. You are responsible for telling your visitors and getting any consent the law requires.
9. Changes and contact
If we add or change cookies, we will update this policy and its date. Questions: dev@shivahwebtech.com.
