Short answer
The Google Ads integration lets AI Marketing Master read your ad results (spend, clicks, CPC, CTR, leads and cost per lead), create new campaigns as paused drafts, set up a lead-form conversion action and bring lead form submissions into the CRM. Nothing launches without a person's authorisation and a budget cap. It is available after Google approves the platform's developer token.
Where small advertisers usually get stuck
Google Ads is powerful, but the account screens are crowded. Many owners cannot tell what they spent last month or how many enquiries came from it. Others launch a campaign in a hurry and find it spending on searches that never turn into customers.
This integration focuses on the basics: clear numbers, careful drafts, and a launch step that a person controls.
Features available through the connection
- Reports: spend, clicks, cost per click, click-through rate, leads and cost per lead, in plain English.
- Paused campaign drafts: new campaigns are created paused, ready for you to review in the app and in Google Ads.
- Drafting from chat: ask Milo to prepare a campaign; it still arrives as a paused draft.
- Ad copy suggestions that use only claims you approved in your Business Profile.
- Conversion actions: read existing actions, create a lead-form conversion action and get the tag details.
- Lead forms: submissions from Google Ads lead forms flow into your CRM pipeline.
How launching stays under your control
A draft does not spend anything. To launch, a person with the right role authorises it and sets a budget cap. If you later switch on Ads Autopilot, it can only act inside the cap the owner set. Every authorisation is recorded in the audit log with who approved it and when.
We never promise a result or a cost per lead. Ads results depend on your offer, your website, competition and the budget you choose.
Setup steps
- Make sure you can sign in to the Google Ads account you want to use, with access that allows changes, not view only.
- Open the Connections screen and press Connect on the Google Ads card.
- Sign in with Google and allow the app to manage your Google Ads account. This covers reading reports and creating paused drafts and conversion actions.
- Choose the ad account to work with.
- Open the Ads screen to see your first report. Draft a campaign when you are ready.
About the developer-token approval
Google requires every app that uses the Google Ads API to hold an approved developer token. Until Google approves the platform's token for full access, the integration cannot work with live ad accounts, and the app says so instead of showing pretend numbers. You do not need your own developer token.
Privacy and access notes
Your Google access is stored encrypted. The app reads campaign numbers, conversion actions and lead form answers, and writes only paused drafts and conversion actions you asked for. Lead details go into your own CRM, kept separate from other businesses. Disconnecting deletes the stored access; drafts already in your Google Ads account stay there for you to keep or delete.
What it does not do
- Works only after Google approves the platform's developer token.
- No Performance Max drafts.
- Launching always needs a person's authorisation and a budget cap, so it is not hands-free.
Questions people ask
Can it create Performance Max campaigns?
No. Performance Max drafts are not available.
Will a draft start spending if I forget about it?
No. Drafts stay paused until a person authorises the launch with a budget cap.
Do Google Ads leads reach my team quickly?
Lead form submissions arrive in the CRM, and new-lead alerts can go to your team by email, WhatsApp where set up, and web push.
Is a cost per lead promised?
No. We never promise ad results or a cost per lead.
Can my agency manage Google Ads for me through the app?
Yes. Agency staff assigned to your business can see reports and prepare paused drafts. Launches still need authorisation with a budget cap, and client reviewers can be asked to approve.
