Short answer
In AI Marketing Master a finished reel and its caption go through quality checks, then to a named person for approval in the app, by email link or, once set up, by tapping Approve in WhatsApp. Approved reels sit in your content calendar until their time, publish to a connected Facebook Page, Instagram business account or YouTube channel, and show Verified only after the platform confirms them.
Where reel approvals usually go wrong
Video files are heavy. Teams send them over chat apps, feedback arrives in voice notes, someone posts an older version, and nobody is sure which caption was agreed. For agencies the risk is bigger: a client may say they never approved what went live.
A clear approval step fixes most of this. One version, one caption, one decision, recorded.
The approval flow, step by step
- A team member finishes the reel in the reel editor. The server renders the MP4 and checks the file.
- The reel and its post caption run through quality checks for length, missing details and banned or unapproved claims. A failed check blocks approval until it is fixed.
- The reel goes to the approver: the owner, a manager or a client reviewer, depending on roles.
- The approver watches it and approves or rejects with a comment, in the app, from an email link, or in WhatsApp once the template is set up.
- Every decision is logged with who approved and when.
Scheduling after approval
Approved reels appear in the 30-day content calendar. You can drag them to another day or time and edit details there. Status words stay honest: a planned reel is grey, a scheduled or publishing reel is blue, one waiting for you is amber.
When the time comes, the app publishes to the connected account. Instagram takes a reel as a single video, and processing can take a few minutes, so a reel may show as publishing for a while. Facebook Pages and YouTube accept the video too. X posts in the app support text and photos only, so reels are not sent there.
Published is not the same as verified
A platform can accept an upload and still fail to show it. After publishing, AI Marketing Master reads the post back from the platform. Only when it is found does the status turn green and say Verified. If it is not found, you see a red status with a plain reason and one next step.
Bulk approval and Autopilot
If you have several reels waiting, bulk approval lets an approver review them in one sitting. Autopilot can publish content that has passed every check, within the rules you set, for owners who prefer not to approve each item. Autopilot is optional and can be switched off at any time.
Who this is for
- Owners who want a staff member to make reels but keep the final say.
- Agencies that need written client approval for every video.
- Multi-location businesses where head office signs off local content.
- Anyone who has ever posted the wrong version of a video.
What it does not do
- Reel publishing covers Facebook Pages, Instagram business accounts and YouTube; X supports text and photos only.
- WhatsApp approvals need an approved message template first.
- Instagram processing time is controlled by Instagram, so publishing can take several minutes.
