Short answer
To schedule Facebook Page posts in AI Marketing Master, connect your Page through Meta, put approved posts on the calendar with a date and time, and the app publishes them for you. It then reads each post back from Facebook and marks it Verified. This works for Facebook Pages you manage, not personal profiles, and depends on Meta's app review for our platform.
Why a Page still earns its place
Many customers check a business's Facebook Page before they visit or call. They look for recent posts, opening times, photos and how you answer comments. A Page with nothing new for months looks closed, even when your shop is busy.
Scheduling lets you keep the Page alive on a steady rhythm without stopping work every afternoon to post.
What you need before connecting
- A Facebook Page for the business, not only a personal profile.
- Full control of that Page through your Meta account.
- Permission for AI Marketing Master to post to the Page, which Meta asks you to confirm when you connect.
- Your Business Profile filled in, so drafts use correct timings, offers and contact details.
Scheduling, step by step
- Connect the Page in the app's connections screen and pick it from the list Meta shows.
- Create a post yourself or ask Milo to draft a week of Facebook posts.
- Set the date and time, or drag the post to a day on the calendar.
- Approve it. Until then it stays a draft and will not go out.
- At the set time the status changes to Dispatching, then Published, then Verified once the app has read it back from Facebook.
When something goes wrong
If Facebook refuses a post, perhaps because the connection expired or a Page role changed, the status turns red as Failed with a plain reason and one next step, such as reconnecting the Page. The app does not show a post as done when it is not. That is also why Published stays blue until the read-back check passes.
Comments, inbox and numbers
Once posts are live, the app can suggest replies to comments on your own Page posts, following rules you set, and you decide whether to send them. Comments, messages, reviews and new leads appear in one inbox. Messages can be read there but not answered from the app, so reply to those in Meta's own tools.
Post numbers are shown where Meta's platform provides them, so you can see which posts people responded to.
A practical weekly rhythm for a local Page
- Early week: something useful, like a tip or an answer to a common question.
- Midweek: a behind-the-scenes photo of your team or your work.
- End of week: your offer or what is new, using only approved prices and offers.
- Any day: a quick update when something changes, such as holiday hours.
- Choose times from what your own Page shows about when your followers respond, not from general advice.
What it does not do
- Facebook publishing depends on Meta's app review for the platform.
- Only Facebook Pages are supported, not personal profiles.
- Messages can be read in the inbox but not replied to from the app.
Questions people ask
Can I schedule posts to my personal Facebook profile?
No. Publishing works with Facebook Pages. Personal profiles cannot be connected.
Can I change a post after scheduling it?
Yes. You can edit it or drag it to another day in the calendar before it goes out.
Can the same post go to Instagram too?
Yes, if your Instagram business account is connected. The draft can be adjusted for each platform before you approve.
Why does my connection say it is waiting for approval?
Meta reviews apps that post on behalf of businesses. Until that review is complete for our platform, Facebook publishing may not be open to your account.
Can I post several photos in one Facebook post?
Yes. Add more than one photo and they are published together as a single Page post.
