Short answer
The YouTube integration lets AI Marketing Master upload approved videos to your channel, including vertical Shorts made in the Reel editor. After upload, the app reads the video back and marks it Verified only when YouTube has finished processing, the video is public and the title matches. Views, likes and comments then appear in your reports.
From phone clips to a YouTube upload
Many businesses already film short clips on a phone: a recipe, a before-and-after, a quick product demo. The Reel editor lets you choose, trim and order your own clips, add captions you type and your own music, and export a 9:16 file for Shorts or a 16:9 file for a normal video.
The YouTube connection takes it the last step. Once the video is approved, it is uploaded to your channel with the title and description you agreed.
What the connection does
- Uploads approved videos to the channel you connect.
- Uses the first line of text as the title if you did not add one; a title is required.
- Checks the video after upload and shows Verified only when it is processed, public and correctly titled.
- Reads views, likes and comment counts for your monthly report.
- Shows a clear reason if YouTube refuses a video, with a Try again option.
Connect your channel
- Open the Connections screen and press Continue with YouTube.
- Sign in with the Google account that owns or manages the channel.
- Allow permission to upload videos and to read your channel's video details. If upload permission is not given, the app asks you to connect again.
- Confirm the channel name shown in the app.
- Approve a video in the calendar or approval list, then watch it move to Verified.
Why some uploads may stay private for now
YouTube keeps uploads from apps private until Google has audited that app. Until Google completes its audit for the platform, videos you upload through the app may stay private. The app tells you when this happens, and it will not show Verified for a private video. You can make the video public yourself in YouTube Studio.
Your data on YouTube
The app sends the video file, title and description you approved, and reads back the video's status and public numbers. It does not delete videos or change your channel settings. The Google access token is encrypted in storage. Disconnecting deletes it; videos already uploaded stay on your channel.
A simple weekly YouTube routine
- Monday: upload two or three short clips from the week into the media library.
- Tuesday: build a Short in the Reel editor and ask AI for a title and description to edit.
- Wednesday: approve it in the app or from WhatsApp, and let it go out on schedule.
- Following month: read views, likes and comments in the report and repeat the topics that worked.
What it does not do
The Reel editor does not edit for you. There is no automatic transcription, scene detection, automatic clip picking or silence removal, and AI text-to-video is not offered. AI can help write titles, descriptions, captions and hooks as text, which you then review.
What it does not do
- Uploads may stay private until Google finishes auditing the platform's app.
- No automatic video editing, transcription or AI-generated video.
- No replies to YouTube comments from the app.
Questions people ask
Can I upload Shorts?
Yes. Export a 9:16 video of up to 90 seconds from the Reel editor and approve it for YouTube.
Why does my video say Published but not Verified?
Verified needs YouTube to finish processing, the video to be public and the title to match. Until then it stays Published.
Does it reply to YouTube comments?
No. Comment counts appear in reports, but replies are made on YouTube.
Can I upload long videos made elsewhere?
The integration uploads videos you approve in the app. The Reel editor itself makes videos up to 90 seconds from up to 20 clips.
