Short answer
AI Marketing Master connects to Google Business Profile so you can audit each location's profile, publish posts, answer reviews with AI-drafted replies you approve, and compare performance with last month. It works across several locations. The integration is available after Google approves Business Profile API access for the platform.
Why connect your profile instead of logging in each day
For a clinic, salon or restaurant, the Google profile is often the first thing a customer sees: hours, photos, reviews and a call button. Keeping it fresh takes small, regular work. Reviews wait for replies, posts go stale and holiday hours get forgotten.
Connecting the profile puts that work in the same approval list as your social posts and blogs, so one person can clear it in a few minutes.
What you can do once connected
- Choose one or more business locations that your Google account manages.
- Run a completeness audit that shows which profile details are missing or weak.
- Publish approved posts about offers, events and updates, using only claims in your Business Profile.
- See new reviews and get an AI-drafted reply for each one. You edit and approve it before it is posted.
- Compare this month's performance numbers with last month in plain English.
What a good month on your profile looks like
- Every new review gets a reply within a few days, written in your tone and approved by you.
- Two to four posts go out: an offer, an update, an event or a festival greeting.
- Missing details found by the audit, such as a description or service list, are filled in.
- The month-over-month comparison shows whether the profile numbers Google reports went up or down.
Connecting in a few minutes
- Check that your Google account is an owner or manager of the business location.
- Open the Connections area, go to Google Business Profile and press Connect with Google.
- Sign in and allow the app to manage your Business Profile. This is needed to post and reply.
- Pick the location or locations you want to work with from the list Google returns.
- Wait for the first audit. Reviews and posts appear in your lists once Google sends them.
The approval step Google must give first
Google limits who can use the Business Profile APIs. Until Google approves access for the platform, its quota is zero and requests fail. If that is the case, the app says so clearly rather than showing empty or invented numbers.
You do not apply for this yourself. When access is approved, the connect button works as described above.
Permissions and data, in plain words
Google asks you to allow the app to manage the profile. The app uses that to publish posts you approved, post review replies you approved and read profile details, reviews and performance numbers. It never changes business details such as name, address or hours without asking you first.
The access token from Google is stored encrypted. If someone removes your access to a location, or you remove the app from your Google account, the status changes and tells you to connect again. Disconnecting deletes the stored access.
Where it stops
This integration is about managing your own profile well. It does not show where you rank on the map street by street, and it does not build or audit listings on other directories. If you need those, a specialist local SEO service is the right tool.
What it does not do
- Needs Google's API approval for the platform before it can work.
- No local rank grid, citation building or citation audits.
- Only locations your Google account owns or manages can be connected.
Questions people ask
Will AI reply to my reviews automatically?
Replies are drafted by AI and wait for approval. Nothing is posted to Google until a person approves it.
Can I manage several branches?
Yes. You can connect several locations that your Google account manages and work on each one.
Does it show my Google Maps ranking?
No. There is no local rank grid. You see profile completeness, reviews, posts and the performance numbers Google provides.
What if I am not the profile owner?
Ask the owner to add your Google account as a manager of the location, then connect.
