Social media graphics with AI, checked before they go out

Updated 21 Oct 2026 · Written and checked by the AI Marketing Master team, Shivah Web Tech

Short answer

AI can make the everyday graphics a business needs on social media: offer posts, opening-hour notices, tips, festival greetings and carousel slides. In AI Marketing Master you make them in the Creative Studio, pair them with an AI-written caption, and approve the post before it is published and then verified on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or X.

The graphics a small business posts again and again

  • Offer and price announcements, using only offers saved in your Business Profile.
  • New arrivals, new services and "back in stock" notices.
  • Opening hours, holiday closures and new branch openings.
  • Tips and how-to slides that show what you know.
  • Festival and occasion greetings for the days your customers celebrate.
  • Event, workshop and webinar notices with date and place.

How graphics fit into the rest of your posting

A graphic on its own is not a post. In the app, the 30-day calendar suggests what to post and when, including festivals from a checked list for your country. The AI writes a caption and hashtags in English, Hindi or Punjabi, and the graphic is made or picked from your media library. Quality checks look for unapproved claims and missing details, then the post waits for approval in the app, by email link or by WhatsApp once that is set up.

Size and shape for each platform

Square images work almost everywhere. Tall images take more room in phone feeds on Instagram and Facebook. Stories and reels are full-screen tall (9:16). Wide images (16:9) suit YouTube thumbnails and link posts on LinkedIn and X. Platforms change their recommended sizes from time to time, so check their help pages when a post looks cropped.

Words on a graphic: less is more

  • One message per graphic. If you have three points, make a carousel.
  • Large, high-contrast text that can be read on a small phone screen without zooming.
  • Keep the important text away from the edges, where platform buttons and profile names sit.
  • Read every letter. AI image models often misspell words, and errors in Hindi and Punjabi script are common.
  • Put long details in the caption, not on the picture.

Making a graphic, step by step

  • Open the Creative Studio and choose a social graphic.
  • Describe the purpose, the colours you use and how much empty space you need. Credits are held for the job.
  • Review the image, then add it to a post draft with a caption.
  • Send it for approval, or approve several posts at once with bulk approval.
  • After publishing, the app reads the post back from the platform and only then marks it Verified.

What to keep out of your graphics

Avoid other brands' logos, film characters, celebrity faces and song lyrics unless you have permission. Do not show offers you have not approved, fake countdown timers or results you cannot back up. If a post would embarrass you when a customer screenshots it, do not approve it.

What it does not do

  • Text inside AI images can be misspelled. Every word must be checked before approval.
  • LinkedIn statistics are not available, so you will not see LinkedIn post numbers in the app.
  • Graphics use credits and are made by outside AI providers.

Questions people ask

Which platforms can I publish graphics to?

Facebook Pages, Instagram business accounts, LinkedIn company pages, YouTube and X (text and up to four photos). TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat and Threads are not supported.

Can it make carousel slides?

Yes, carousels can be posted where the platform supports them. Keep each slide to one idea.

Can the graphics match my brand colours?

Describe your colours in the brief and check the result. There is no automatic brand lock, so a person should check each graphic.

Can AI put my real prices on a graphic?

Only prices and offers you have approved in your Business Profile can be used, and quality checks look for claims that are not approved.

Can I reuse one graphic on several platforms?

Yes, but check the crop on each one. A square design is the safest choice if you want a single version; make a tall copy for stories and reels.
