Short answer
An AI blog writer drafts full blog posts for your website from a topic you choose. In AI Marketing Master the draft is built from your approved business facts, checked automatically for invented offers, wrong contact details and broken links, and then waits for a person to approve it. After approval it can be published to WordPress, a Shopify blog or a GitHub pull request, and the app checks that it is really live.
Why most business blogs stop after three posts
A blog helps customers find you when they search for a question, not just your name. But writing one good post takes hours, and the owner is usually the only person who knows enough to write it. So the blog goes quiet.
Generic AI tools make the writing faster, but they bring a new problem. They happily invent a discount, a delivery time or a phone number that looks right but is not yours. Someone then has to read every line with suspicion, which takes away most of the time saved.
What the blog writer starts from
Before any words are written, the app builds a short brief for the post. The brief is what keeps the draft tied to your real business.
- The topic and an optional main keyword you give it, plus any notes you add.
- Your Business Profile: name, phone, address, website and the claims you have approved, such as a real offer or a promise you actually keep.
- Phrases you never want used, and topics to avoid.
- A list of pages that already exist on your website, taken from the latest website audit. The draft may only link to these pages.
- Posts and pages with a similar title, so you can see if you are about to write the same thing twice.
From topic to live post, step by step
- Pick a topic yourself or ask Milo, the built-in assistant, for ideas based on your services.
- The AI writes a title, meta title, meta description, web address and the full post, in English, Hindi or Punjabi.
- Add a featured image: one of your own photos or an image made with AI. Blog posts need one to pass the checks.
- Quality checks run straight away. A failed check blocks approval and tells you what to fix.
- You, or the person you choose, read and approve the post in the app, from an email link or (once set up) from WhatsApp.
- The approved version is published to your connected website at the time you choose.
- The app reads the post back from your website. Only then does the status change from Published to Verified.
What it will not do on its own
It will not publish a post nobody approved. It will not add prices, discounts, awards, statistics or customer quotes that are not in your approved facts. If a useful fact is missing, the writer is told to write around it rather than guess, and a check flags any claim that slipped through.
It also does not promise rankings or traffic in the text, and it does not link to random outside websites.
Who gets the most out of it
Service businesses with lots of customer questions get the most value: clinics, salons, coaching institutes, accountants, home service companies and shops that explain their products. Agencies use it to keep several client blogs moving, with the client approving each post through a reviewer login.
If you post one deeply researched article a year, or your blog needs original interviews and data, a human writer may suit you better. The tool is built for steady, useful posts about what your business really does.
Where the posts can go
Approved posts can go to a WordPress website, the blog of a Shopify store, or a website kept in GitHub, where the post arrives as a pull request for you to merge. Wix publishing is not available. If your website runs on something else, you can copy the approved text and paste it in yourself.
What it does not do
- Publishing works with WordPress, Shopify blogs and GitHub. Wix is not supported.
- Internal links are limited to pages found in your latest website audit, so run an audit first.
- The writer has no search volume data. Keyword suggestions are ideas, not measured demand.
- Your text is sent to an outside AI provider to be written.
Questions people ask
Will Google penalise a blog written with AI?
Google judges content on whether it is helpful and reliable, not on how it was made. Mass-producing pages mainly to manipulate rankings is against its spam policies. Writing fewer, genuinely useful posts that a person has checked is the safe approach.
Can I edit the draft before approving it?
Yes. You can change any part. The checks run again on your edited version, and approval applies to that exact version.
Does it write in Hindi and Punjabi?
Yes. Each business sets a content language of English, Hindi or Punjabi, and posts are drafted in that language. Have someone fluent read the draft before approving.
How many posts can I write?
That depends on your plan and on the monthly AI spending cap. See the pricing page for details.
